When you have a freezer full of dried tomatoes, you glom onto every recipe. Well, maybe not “every” recipe, but not sure I’ve ever found an indifferent one.
Dried Tomato Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t. dijon mustard
- 1/2 t. lemon zest
- 1 1/2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. dried tomatoes in oil, minced
- 1 T. oil from dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Combine in blender and whiz til well mixed
