Moving beyond blueberries over granola for breakfast.
Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 T. sugar
- 3 T butter sliced into pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 t. baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1/3 c. milk
- ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. grated citrus zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the butter pieces to a 7 " baking dish and melt as oven heats. Remove dish from oven when butter is melted.Mix blueberries, 3 T. sugar and citrus zest, and set aside.Mix remaining ingredients to form a batter. Add blueberries to baking dish and top with batter. Sprinkle cinnamon over the batter.Bake for 25-30 minutes.
