Almond Macaroons

Someone who loves hollandaise sauce and creme anglais needs a recipe for a few egg whites.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar
  • 2 1/4 cups ground almonds
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour or corn starch

Instructions
 

  • Whip the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoons two inches apart on parchment paper.
    Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
