Someone who loves hollandaise sauce and creme anglais needs a recipe for a few egg whites.
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- 2 1/4 cups ground almonds
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons flour or corn starch
Instructions
- Whip the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.Fold in remaining ingredients.Drop by teaspoons two inches apart on parchment paper.Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
