Kiwi Sherbet
- 3 ripe kiwi
- 2 T simple syrup
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1 egg white
Peel kiwi and add to blender jar. Add syrup, lime juice, and zest. Blend thoroughly.Add to ice cream freezer. Whip egg white and add to ice cream maker when sherbet is half frozen.
