- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 3 T. butter
- 3 T. sugar
- 3 T. brandy
- 3 T. white wine
Peel and quarter pear; peel orange and quarter; and peel and halve banana.In medium saucepan, mix butter and sugar, add fruit and prick with a fork. Simmer until lightly carmelized.Turn up heat, add brandy and flame. When flames die down, add wine and cook a minute or two longer.Serve immediately.
